As a Project Engineer, you’ll assist the project management team with responsibilities such as tracking the project documentation, assisting with subcontractor communication, project start‑up and close‑out, developing procurement schedules, managing contracts, coordinating inspectors and testing agencies, maintaining meeting agendas and minutes, and managing records and specifications in project management software. This position reports to the Director of Project Management and works closely with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Superintendent on the project team.

This full‑time salary position may be based at either our Lebanon, NH or Portsmouth, NH office. Occasional travel to job sites throughout Vermont and New Hampshire is required. The typical pay range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.

• Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering or related field and a minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
• Highly organized, positive and motivated attitude, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
