• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
• Clean, inspect, and maintain U-Haul equipment, including checking fluid levels
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical exertion, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
• Willingness to work with safety precautions around moving parts and chemicals
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while assisting customers

• Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment
• Experience with equipment maintenance or operation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with U-Haul products and services
• Interest in ongoing professional development and training
