Dartmouth Health’s Department of Radiology is seeking a Cardiothoracic or Thoracic Radiologist to join our practice in the beautiful Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont.
Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, the system’s central clinical hub and Academic Medical Center, is located immediately adjacent to bustling college town of Hanover, NH. Hanover is home to the world-renowned Dartmouth College and Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
Dartmouth Health Radiology is home to a world-class cardiothoracic imaging section focused on delivering efficient, productive, and cutting-edge clinical care; a robust and growing educational program for students, residents, and fellows; and scholarly activity focused on collaboration with others inside and outside the Department.
Position SummaryDartmouth Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic or Thoracic Radiologist to join the Cardiothoracic Imaging division at the level of an Assistant, Associate, or (Full) Professor, depending on the level of experience.
The ideal candidate will have a record of aspiring towards clinical excellence. The candidate being sought will participate in the delivery of cutting-edge Cardiothoracic or Thoracic-only Imaging including chest CT, chest radiography, and some volume of chest MR.
Dartmouth Radiology hosts multiple outstanding residencies, including in Diagnostic Radiology and an integrated DR/IR program. The Department is a national leader in the science of teaching radiology to medical students.
The Department and Dartmouth HealthThe selected candidate will join Dartmouth Health’s 60 radiologists. We are an internationally known Department with a deep history in the field, beginning with acquiring the first clinically x-ray in the United States in 1896.

Benefits:- For a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent position, the annual salary range is $578,000 to $606,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Licensure/Certification s
- Diagnostic Radiology Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Fellowship-trained or relevant experience with a keen interest in musculoskeletal imaging
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in both New Hampshire and Vermont
- The ability to be appointed at the Assistant, Associate, or full Professor rank, depending on experience.
