Manager, PCB Test Engineering Lead the Future of PCB Test and Automation!

Hypertherm Associates is seeking an experienced Manager, PCB Test Engineering to lead our PCB Test Engineering organization and drive innovation in automated test technologies, manufacturing quality, and strategic business  this leadership role, you will oversee the development and deployment of advanced In-Circuit Test (ICT), functional test systems, and IC programming solutions while partnering with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and global supply chain teams to deliver exceptional product quality and operational excellence.

As the Manager, PCB Test Engineering, you will:

Direct PCB in-circuit testing (ICT), functional fixture development, and microprocessor programming

Define test strategy, advance design for testability, and strengthen manufacturing quality

Analyze circuit coverage and guide design decisions using DFx, FMEA, SPC, and related methods

Deliver scalable test solutions for internal operations and contract manufacturing partners

Enable new product development through reliable test architectures and qualification processes

Set and execute near- and long-term plans aligned with growth and operational goals

Create capacity models, operating plans, and roadmaps for future organizational needs

Increase yield, lower costs, accelerate development, and elevate product quality

Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and business partners to standardize best practices

Guide and develop a high-performing PCB Test Engineering team Expand team capability through training, mentoring, and career planning

Cultivate innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Who you are and the experience you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of leadership experience in one or more of the following areas:

PCB Design EngineeringPCB Test EngineeringICT, Flying Probe, Functional Test, or IC Programming Systems Demonstrated success leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environmentICT platforms including Keysight/Agilent and Flying Probe systems PCB test development and fixture designJTAG and embedded programming technologies

Altium, AutoCAD, Solid Works, LabVIEWRaspberry Pi, Arduino, and related automation tools

Statistical process control and data-driven quality methods

Project and resource management

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen

Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills

Proven ability to drive organizational change and build organizational capability

Strong planning, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Location:

Onsite in Lebanon, NHTravel:
Up to 10% travel, including occasional international travel
