** Qualifications for our Assembly positions:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 18 years of age or older
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
* Attention to detail
* Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
** No Experience necessary, and we provide on-the-job training!
** Physical Demands:
* Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
