Assembler - 2nd Shift - Hiring Immediately!

Monday - Friday, 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm

Lebanon, New Hampshire and Hanover, New Hampshire

• Competitive compensation: base hourly pay to start at $22.0 /hour (incl. $20.00 base + 10% 2nd‑shift differential) PLUS an annual profit‑sharing target of 20% bonus.

As an assembler, you will work as part of a team to assemble our plasma cutting systems using standard processes, documentation, and tools. No experience is required; on‑the‑job training is provided.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents.
• Attention to detail.
• Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture.

• Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Standing for extended periods – 8‑hour shifts.
• Control of handheld power tools.
• Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities.
