As an Assembler with our Central Manufacturing team, you will work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands.

Work independently alongside team members to assemble finished products and subassemblies

Independently troubleshoot errors or failures

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Participate in process improvement initiatives

Participate in Lean initiatives, completing tasks as assigned

Use established quality specifications to assemble products in compliance with standards to ensure product integrity and meet customer expectations

Follow replenishment system standards and practices to maintain efficient material flow that promotes schedule attainment in a JIT environment

Identify and communicate any low inventory levels or discrepancies

Participate in training to support standard work in assembly, quality, continuous improvement and replenishment systems to maintain operational excellence

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent
18 years or older

Written and verbal communication skills

Ability to follow directions and standard work documents

Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods

Ability to independently troubleshoot errors or failures

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Attention to detail

Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture

Physical Demands:

Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts

Control handheld power tools

Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
