Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with recent Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma experience and a valid NH or compact RN license.

• Position is in a large hospital operating room with 26 high-tech suites
• Both inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures are performed
• Patient population includes neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Procedures cover ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery
• Schedules available: 3x12 hour or 4x10 hour shifts
• Requires 4-5 off-shift or on-call shifts per 13-week contract, which may be 12-hour shifts or on-call, days or nights
• Role involves providing perioperative care to a diverse patient population across multiple surgical specialties
• On-call responsibilities may include both days and nights
• Candidates must ensure all licensure and certification requirements are met for the entire duration of the assignment

• Active NH or compact RN license required throughout the assignment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma operating room experience within the last 2 years
• No local candidates accepted; must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
