We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-week travel hospice assignment in the West Lebanon, NH / White River Junction, VT area.
Position Details:
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospice
- Location: West Lebanon, NH / White River Junction, VT
- Shift: Days
- Contract: 12 Weeks
- Experience: 2+ Years
- EMR: EPIC
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,080
- W2 Taxable Rate: $17/hour
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,400
- All-Inclusive Rate: $52/hour
Position Requirements
Bachelor,
1+ Years
work experience - Active LPN/LVN license applicable to the assignment.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Hospice or related clinical experience preferred.
- EPIC EMR experience.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Current BLS certification preferred/required based on facility requirements.

- Monitor and document patients' conditions and changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Assist with pain and symptom management.
