Must be able to read par stock lists, menus and chemical labels.

• Frequently lifts objects of up to 50 pounds, i.e. dishes or food items.
• Must be able to work in warm and humid environment (sometimes exceeding 100°F) as well as walk‑in coolers and freezers.
• Must be able to push/pull tray delivery trucks and food carts.

The position requires the employee to be standing or walking 80% of each day worked.

Assists in maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and assists cooks as needed.

• Performs assigned cleaning duties.

• Thoroughly sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Keeps storage areas neat and orderly.
• Stock shelves, rotating and dating inventory.
• Participates on the evening meal and clean up.
• Operates dish machine following the meal.
• Assists co‑workers in a variety of duties, i.e. cleaning, food preparation, special functions.

Min: $17.00

Max: $26.35
