Job Description

Join Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar as a Dishwasher / General Utility. You will help maintain a clean back‑of‑house environment and support smooth restaurant operations in a fast‑paced setting.

• Keep the back‑of‑house and dish‑washing areas clean and organized.
• Assist with general utility tasks to support kitchen and dining operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions in a high‑volume environment.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Committed to delivering a positive impact on the restaurant’s daily operations.
• Physical ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a hot and damp environment with frequent exposure to disinfectant cleaning supplies.
• Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
