As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

• Deliver excellent service and hospitality to guests.
• Make recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of dining areas.
• Assist with meal prep and restocking as needed.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective verbal communication skills.

• Exert well-paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and use disinfectants and hand sanitizer throughout shift.
