The FLEX Security Officer reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and works full‑time hours across multiple client sites. The role has no fixed home base; you will be scheduled week to week to cover 1st and 2nd shift coverage at multiple locations throughout northeastern Vermont and western New Hampshire.

Schedule:

FLEXIBLE, changing week to week as needed at multiple sites (primarily 1st/2nd shift).

Full‑time employment. Hiring for all shifts – flexible availability is required.

No security experience necessary. Growth opportunities are available.

Valid driver’s license required.

• Williston, VT
• Montpelier, VT
• Barre, VT
• West Lebanon, NH

As a Security Officer, you will work closely with our clients and their staff, maintaining a professional and vigilant presence at each assignment.

• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting (including healthcare)
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma
• Walking/standing for long periods
• Flexible work availability
• Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record
• At least 18 years old
• Flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites
• Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain VT and NH Guard Card – we will assist you in applying after an offer.
