We are hiring an Aviation Ground Support Technician to provide high‑quality service to general aviation customers. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – on‑the‑job training will be provided. This is a full‑time, entry‑level position with competitive compensation, including a starting salary, tips, an annual safety bonus, profit sharing, and a 401(k) with company match.

• Fueling, parking, towing, and de‑icing aircraft
• Fuel farm operations
• General grounds and building maintenance
• Assist customers on arrival and departure

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to step up/down ladders, lift up to 75 lbs, bend, stoop, stand, walk extended periods, and possess good hand‑eye coordination
• Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to safety; ability to follow procedures, operate equipment, learn and execute hand signals, and understand aircraft refueling requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and math skills
