As an on-site Senior Procurement Specialist in Lebanon, OH
, you will steer commercial supply chain execution for one of the world’s leading technology and hyperscale cloud infrastructure providers. You will act as the key liaison between project engineering, general contractors, and global supply chain teams to govern change management, cost entitlement, and vendor awards. This engagement is a 1-year contract with planned extensions and an established track record of high performers converting into full-time direct positions.

• Represent supply chain leadership on-site, driving commercial alignment across daily jobsite and contractor coordination meetings.
• Lead the project change management process, rigorously vetting scope changes, establishing cost entitlement, and negotiating adjustments.
• Issue awards of new scope, purchase orders, and change orders for complex, long-lead mechanical and electrical equipment packages.
• Manage RFQ/RFP executions, cost benchmarking, and commercial risk mitigation to safeguard multi-million-dollar project delivery milestones.
• Leverage Power BI and project documentation to track capital expenditures, identify budget variances, and deliver executive-level status reporting.

• 10+ years of procurement, purchasing, or commercial subcontract management experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction.
• Direct background procuring long-lead electrical and mechanical (MEP) equipment for mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
• Demonstrated mastery of purchase order life cycles, RFQ/RFP bid execution, and change order entitlement analysis.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools including Power BI and Microsoft Excel (working knowledge of Bluebeam or Primavera P6 is a strong plus).
• Commitment to working 100% on-site in an active construction environment with standard safety PPE.
