Miami Valley Gaming is hiring a Player Services Representative to join our Marketing team and help deliver the exceptional guest experience we are known for.

Compensation starts at $16.34 per hour
, with time & a half for select holidays and high‑volume business days. Full‑time benefits include medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off, company‑paid life insurance, and perks such as 30% discounts at select restaurants and an employee referral program.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform typical tasks in an entertainment/guest service environment.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Pass a background check or be eligible for a gaming license.
• Customer service and hospitality skills.
