Insituform Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Mid-Atlantic Region.

Insituform Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions, is a leading global provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other pipeline rehabilitation technologies and services. Responsibilities:

Assist the Area Manager in developing, planning, implementing, and leading regional activities to meet financial goals.

Manage and maintain regional equipment.

Support and supervise General Superintendents across all construction phases.

Oversee pre-bid investigations to ensure accurate customer bids.

Coordinate training for technical and other skills required by Superintendents.

Coordinate crew activities with other regions and subcontractors as needed.

Ensure availability of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.

Assist with pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.

Provide safety training, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.

Resolve construction-related issues on-site.

Review field costs for bidding and operational efficiency.

Supervise and mentor General Superintendents and operational staff to meet budget and crew requirements.

Lead Incident Quality investigations and implement corrective actions in the area.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

5-10 years of industry experience, preferably in water/sewer or municipal environments.

3-5 years of management experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required;
Primavera P6 and CM experience preferred.

Willingness to travel approximately 60% overnight.
