A leading travel center network is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities. In this role, you will manage teams, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to P&L accountability. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of management experience in a service industry and demonstrate excellent team leadership skills. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.
Competitive salary between $46,400.00 and $67,235.00 per year.
