Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3 PM

Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs based on engineering drawings, sketches, and design data, selecting appropriate cutting tools, machining strategies, and parameters.

• Model cutting paths using Master
  
  CAM and generate machine code to control tool movements.

• Adjust machine paths and settings to optimize production while maintaining quality standards.

• Determine reference points, cutting directions, and the sequence of operations for parts.

• Compute dimensions, radii, and curvatures; create instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide machine setup.

• Collaborate with machine operators to ensure accurate and efficient execution of programs.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.

• Troubleshoot mechanical or logistical issues as they arise.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of CNC programming experience or equivalent combination of education and training

• Proficiency in Master
  
  CAM software

• Strong attention to detail and precision

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and process documentation

• Skilled at troubleshooting and problem‑solving

• Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
