Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday (6:30 AM-3 PM) or 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday (3:30 PM-12 AM)

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 2-3 years of Machining experience
• Good with mechanics, tools, and troubleshooting
• Attention to detail, steady under pressure
• Ability to perform your own part and tool setups

• Demonstrates a high degree of proficiency in the setup, operation, and care of machinery
• First Article Inspection - adhere to dimensions and tolerances found on blueprints.
• Have your own tools and knowledge of inspection equipment – calipers, micrometers, fixed gauges, etc.
• Check parts and products to make sure they pass inspection
• Set up, adjust, and maintain your machine
• Keep your area safe, clean, and ready to roll
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Perform standard and periodic maintenance on equipment.

• Knowledge of the following equipment is strongly encouraged:

  • Mazak Lathe - QTN-100, QTN-250, QTN-350, QTN-450 - Controls: 640T Nexus, Matrix 2, Smooth EZ
  • Doosan V420T Lathe
    - Fanuc 18T
  • Manual Lathes
