Production Specialist
Join our team as a Production Specialist and contribute to our manufacturing operations. This full-time, full-shift role involves working Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm, with shift differentials and potential overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow all safety procedures associated with the machine center.
- Prepare bottom and top sheets for units and print load tags.
- Responsible for unitization according to customer specifications.
- Participate in quality checks as required.
- Work at a pace set by the machine operator to meet production schedules.
- Read and follow shop order instructions.
- Troubleshoot problems during production runs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
- Ability to work safely, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to work occasional shifts to support operational needs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication skills in English are required for safety instructions and operational procedures.
