As a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), you'll be responsible for caring for residents under the direction and supervision of an RN/LPN, reporting to the Director of Nursing.

As a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), you'll:

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.

• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.

• Adhere to all policies and procedures of CCH Corporation.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your role as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishment throughout your shift.

• Helping residents with personal hygiene.

• Observing residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.

• Documenting resident food and fluid intake.

• Assisting residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.

• Making residents' beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy.

• Transporting residents within the facility.

• Assisting nurses and other staff as needed.

• Adhering to CCH Corporation professional standards and following all facility policies and procedures.

• Abiding by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of all residents and facility data.

• Promoting and protecting resident rights, treating residents with dignity and respect, protecting resident’s personal belongings, and reporting suspected abuse or neglect.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

To be a successful CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), you need:

• Current and valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Good collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.

• Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for various medical conditions.

• First aid and CPR certifications.
