Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager Non‑Exempt
SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers in their purchase of company products and services by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Handles all aspects of customer service (internal and external customers alike)
- Ability to handle customer and employee issues, along with communicating to management regarding issues that need to be addressed
- Assists with inventory to and from the warehouse, and sales floor
- Responsible for promoting a positive culture within the department/store
- Works with customers to insure a positive shopping experience
- Handles inbound calls
- Provides and collects required paperwork and forms following all ATF guidelines, ensuring accuracy of data collected free of errors or missing data
- Maintains required paperwork
- Quotes price and describes features of product items
- Emphasizes salable features, credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained
- Stocks products on sales floor
- Cleans and organizes work areas
- Enforces safety, health, and security rules
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- All other duties as required by management
Is accountable for sales and quality control.
