* SUMMARY:

** This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers in their purchase of company products and services by performing the following duties.
*
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Handles all aspects of customer service (internal and external customers alike)
* Ability to handle customer and employee issues, along with communicating to management regarding issues that need to be addressed.
* Assists with inventory to and from the warehouse, and sales floor.
* Responsible for promoting a positive culture within the department/store.
* Works with customers to insure a positive shopping experience.
* Handles inbound calls
* Provides and collects required paperwork and forms following all ATF guidelines, ensuring accuracy of data collected free of errors or missing data.
* Maintains required paperwork.
* Quotes price and describes features of product items.
* Emphasizes salable features, credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
* Stocks products on sales floor
* Cleans and organizes work areas
* Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* All other duties as required by management.
