Strategic Account Manager
As our Strategic Account Manager at E-Beam Services, you will turn long‑standing relationships with current manufacturing customers into new revenue by helping them navigate the path from pilot testing to commercialization. To be considered for this role,
you must have a minimum of two years of sales or account management experience selling a technical product or service directly into regulated manufacturing environments
, where you managed each step of a complex sales process from beginning to end.
- You will be responsible for growing all revenue within an assigned customer base. You’ll work closely with our Technical Services team—who support customers through the experimental and pilot phases—while you focus on understanding the customer’s commercialization plans, timelines, volume expectations, and growth potential.
- Every day you will identify new opportunities within existing accounts by strengthening relationships with operations, engineering, quality, and economic buyers. You’ll clarify each customer’s path to commercialization, coordinate next steps with our technical team, and keep the pace moving by managing the administrative details required to move a deal to close.
- You’ll also engage with vetted new prospects when the opportunity is clearly large enough to require commercial facilitation.
- You’ll be held accountable to defined growth goals and to the speed at which opportunities advance through the pipeline. This is not a large organization with aggressive quotas—this is a chance to have an immediate impact in a strong business with an experienced team and clear sales plans.
- You have two or more years of experience selling directly into regulated industrial or manufacturing environments.
- You have worked in a company with a complex sales cycle longer than 3 months where timelines shifted and multiple stakeholders were involved.
- You know how to identify decision‑makers—including economic buyers—and communicate expectations clearly to technical teams.
- You feel confident discussing highly technical topics with both technical and non‑technical buyers.
- You keep momentum: you naturally look ahead to the next step and move opportunities forward.
- Willing to travel for client meetings or trade shows.
