Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

The Technician role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment, ensuring minimal downtime. The fleet includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired
• 5+ years of Technician experience with similar diesel or heavy equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or Oil & Gas) strongly preferred

• Proficiency with tools of the trade
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 lbs or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $23.58 - $32.41 per hour. Starting rate may vary by location, education, training, and experience.
