Sr Field Service Technician

This role involves achieving successful on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions, amend outdated or incorrect instructions with the help of Engineering teams, and contribute to training guides and documentation. The position requires implementing continuous improvement initiatives in the field to address administrative difficulties related to delivery and installation.

You will train customers on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. Additionally, you will represent Honeywell at industry conferences and deliver technical presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  2nd shift, Mon-Thurs 5:00pm-3:30am; must be available during these times.
• Inspect for quality.
• Install or repair work orders.
• Provide customer support.

As a Sr Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will provide high-level technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, perform maintenance, and train customers and junior technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
