The posting is open to two candidates for this full‑time dispatching position in Hamilton, OH. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000.

Fuel Dispatchers perform daily dispatch of the company’s fuel delivery vehicles. The role analyzes delivery operations for efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Assign fuel deliveries, including regular and diesel products on a daily basis.
• Utilize a Digital Fuel Solutions (DFS) platform to dynamically route assigned loads in a cost‑effective and customer‑service oriented process.
• Ensure successful delivery of loads to internal or external customers within company‑defined timelines.
• Provide internal and external customers with outstanding customer service through friendly, productive, efficient, accurate, and safe assistance.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance in operations.
• Track and ensure driver compliance with route sequence, expected delivery times, hours, and mileage.
• Check completed loads and audit delivery agents for accuracy.
• Monitor and understand key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement to reach strategic goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate data in the operations system and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot over‑fills and shortages at customer locations.
• Coordinate dispatch and planning activities with other internal dispatchers.
• Handle all phone calls and e‑mails in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Complete any special projects or other duties as requested by the Logistics Manager.

• Minimum of two years experience in a dispatching capacity.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• General knowledge of lubricant and fuel terminology.
• Capable of multi‑tasking and professionally interacting with others in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Good judgment, initiative, and decision‑making with limited supervision.
• Organized and familiar with transportation rules and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prolonged sitting with a combination of standing, bending, and reaching.
• Manual dexterity to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, the telephone, and other office equipment.
• Normal range of hearing and vision.

• Normal office environment with occasional time spent in a warehouse.
