Position Overview:

Work with physician colleagues, plus advanced practitioner providers, psychologists, and social workers depending on specific clinic location A full-service, 25-bed critical access hospital. Nestled at the base of the cascade mountains, it serves Lebanon, Sweet Home, Brownsville, and smaller neighboring communities Great work-life balance with flexible schedule Expected volume of 18+ patients/day 4.5 days per week is full-time EPIC EMR Excellent subspecialty support We offer an attractive salary plus incentives, relocation assistance, paid malpractice, CME allowance, Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and a competitive benefit package.

Job Requirements:

Board certified/Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is collaborative. Eligibility to work in the United States About the Area:
