Qualifications &
Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current or eligible SLP license for the state.
- CCC or CFY candidates welcome.
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Dedication to creating individualized treatment plans and tracking student progress.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of speech-language services to elementary students.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat disorders related to articulation, language, fluency, and voice.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain documentation in compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
- Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities, fostering continued growth.
- Offer consultation, resources, and support to educators and families.
