Wages DOE: $32.29 – 41.14

NOC Shift (6pm-6am) $2.00/hour differential when working
between 10pm and 6am

$3,000 Sign on Bonus for LPNs!

• Current licensure (LPN) in the state of Oregon is required. Must be in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
