Advanced Practitioner- Urgent Care

Samaritan Health Services, a non‑profit integrated healthcare system, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Urgent Care team in the vibrant and growing community of Lebanon, Oregon. • 3‑4 shifts per week (typically three 12‑hour days with rotating weekends)
• Patient volume: 27‑32 per day with double provider coverage
• Treat non‑emergent, acutely ill patients requiring same‑day care
• Perform limited procedures such as suturing and I&D
• Occasional travel to other walk‑in clinics in the region
• Supportive team environment with strong onboarding for new hires

• Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred (all candidates will be considered)
