You will implement nursing care in both residential and outpatient settings, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment. To qualify, you must have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a current Oregon RN license.

Experience in substance abuse, behavioral health, or addiction nursing is expected. Strong skills in assessment, medication management, and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy are needed. Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries are essential. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended.
