We're a high-performance, close-knit real estate team serving the Willamette Valley, and we’re looking for experienced real estate agents who are ready to grow, thrive, and close deals with purpose. Whether you're hitting the ground running or seeking a stronger support system, this is where your business can scale—with proven systems, strong leadership, and a fun, encouraging team that has your back.

• Graduate from PLACE Launch training (our intensive career accelerator)
• Generate leads weekly using proven PLACE systems
• Work with buyers and sellers to guide, negotiate, and close deals
• Host 2 open houses per month
• Track all activities and pipeline progress in PLACE Technology
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and script practice
• Actively participate in our team’s events and culture
• Build a business while staying in production and sharpening your skills

• A valid Oregon Broker real estate license (required)
• 1+ years of real estate experience (preferred)
• Natural confidence in communication and negotiation
• Competitive spirit and hunger for growth
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Willingness to follow scripts, stay accountable, and keep learning
