• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real‑estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
