Work at an independently franchised McDonald’s restaurant. You will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, and supporting crew performance.
DescriptionShift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager.
