Schedule:

Full school day with a 30-minute unpaid break, hours depend on school Grade Levels:
Elementary, Middle, or High School (placement based on candidate preference) Overview:
Join a dedicated team supporting students with special needs across multiple school districts in Northern Lancaster County. This role involves providing academic and behavioral support, assisting with personal care, and helping implement individualized education programs under the direction of case managers and behaviorists.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver instructional support to individuals or small groups in areas such as academics, motor skills, feeding, self-help, and behavior management

* Assist with personal care tasks including toileting, feeding, hygiene, and positioning

* Monitor student health and safety, including use of orthopedic equipment

* Support students in social interactions and classroom integration

* Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and other specialists

* Maintain records of student progress and participate in required training sessions

* Implement positive behavior intervention strategies

* Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Experience working with children with special needs preferred

* CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

* Reliable transportation to job site Required Clearances (must be current within the past year):

* TB Test (within the past 90 days)
