Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient, weekday position requiring an active OR license and BLS certification.
Responsibilities

• Outpatient rehabilitation setting with a variety of services, including sports, orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and stroke rehab

• Services provided also include balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and care for neck, back, and extremities

• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 17:30 with no weekends

• Position is based out of Sweet Home, Oregon with travel to multiple points of care

• Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of patients with decreased physical mobility or functional independence

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team

• No COVID-19 vaccination requirement specified

• Professional appearance consistent with outpatient rehabilitation setting
Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required if applicable

• Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience

• Current Healthcare Provider level BLS certification required

• Ability to travel to different care locations as needed
