Shift: Monday - Friday (6 AM)

Become our next Accounts Payable Clerk in Lebanon and help manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking. If balancing worksheets, clearing queues, and staying ahead of the numbers feels good, this role is built for you.

• High school diploma or GE
• 1+ years of accounts payable experience (including accounting management experience)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively and courteously when answering the telephones
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent

Offered by our client

Checks and matches invoices, receivers, and purchase orders (creating voucher package) for payment. Prepare invoice deduction notices and debit memos as necessary. Records vouchers to the accounting system. Answers vendor inquiries. Prepares accounts payable checks and matches them with the invoice for mailing. Prints account for payable reports. Maintains and updates the accounts payable files. Reconciles monthly vendor statements. Records invoices received for a purchase order spreadsheet.

Updates the purchase order spreadsheet as required. Answers the switchboard as designated by the Manager. Maintains current automotive standard procedures so that internal or external audits do not uncover nonconformance.
