National Indoor RV Centers is actively seeking a Warranty Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company experiencing massive growth in a very smart way and fostering winning as a team! We are growing fast and looking for those who are eager to become a long‑term valued member of our NIRVC family. The Warranty Administrator role is an hourly plus commission paid position.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Compensation: $20 – $25 per hour depending on experience.
- Work with manufacturers and service department to verify warranties of parts and service, keeping costs associated with repairs within the estimates of the warranty and submitting claims.
- Maintain a good relationship with manufacturers, service advisors, service technicians and managers.
- Collect proper information from advisors to get service done in a timely manner.
- Keep accounts current and accurate.
- Make phone calls as well as answer calls and emails timely on warranty issues.
- Must have excellent customer relations skills and understand warranty process internally and externally.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Microsoft Office skills.
