• Partner with Sr. Director to execute the business development strategy.
• Manage and track a pipeline of new business opportunities with OEM clients
• Build and maintain relationships with mid- to senior-level contacts at the OEM client target accounts.
• Lead development of proposals, RFP responses, and commercial presentations.
• Support negotiations for agreements under the Sr. Director’s direction.
• Supervise and mentor the New Business Sales & Planning Lead.
• Analyze customer needs and market conditions to inform growth opportunities.
• Collaborate internally with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure operational readiness for new accounts.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and report updates to Sr. Director.
• Provide insights on industry developments, competitive positioning, and customer activity.
• Represent Carlex in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry forums.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, tools, and reporting for business development.
