Position OverviewThe Contracts Manager will be a member of PFG’s Corporate Finance – National Accounts Department. This position has direct reports and is responsible for timely and accurate pricing to our PFG customers within the Customized segment. The role manages responsibilities related to PFG’s Customized Customer Pricing, Reporting, Customer Audits, & Vendor Disputes. It will work cross‑functionally with Purchasing, Multi‑Unit Account Executives, National Accounts, Contract Pricing teams, and Corporate Accounting to resolve issues that impact accurate pricing, reporting, tracking, payment, and reconciliation.
PositionResponsibilities
- Directly manage and lead the Customized Contract Pricing team.
- Contract maintenance and validation.
- Order guide set‑up and maintenance.
- Assist in testing as needed across systems and enhancements to pricing systems.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Warehouses, Purchasing, and National Accounts regarding product changes, additions, and deletes.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient entry, analysis, reporting, and internal controls.
- Assist in training new hires and ongoing training of existing team members.
- Coordinate customer audits between pricing, customer, internal sales, implementation, reconciliation, and payment in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation exists for all agreements.
- Resolve discrepancies and work with other business units to resolve them.
- Adapt to frequent changes in processes and workload.
- Collaborate to develop efficiencies within the department.
- Develop and document standardized procedures.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma equivalent.
- 4‑6 years of recent business experience in an analytical or managerial role supporting multiple business partners.
- Demonstrated experience in data‑driven analysis, including proficiency with large datasets.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes with basic training.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership and be accountable for issue resolution.
- Ability to prepare accurate, complete, and easily understood reports.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Self‑motivated with great initiative and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must present a highly professional image and attitude.
- Must adhere to company confidentiality requirements.
- This position must pass a post‑offer background and drug test.
4‑day on‑site work week with one remote day.

Salary$80,000.00 – $95,000.00
