Rackley Roofing is looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to manage commercial roofing and building-envelope projects throughout the Middle Tennessee market.

This is a high-impact position for someone who can see the entire project—not just the schedule. You'll own projects from handoff and preconstruction through execution, financial management, customer communication, and final closeout
.

You'll work directly with customers, General Contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and our internal Operations teams to make sure projects are delivered safely, professionally, profitably, and with exceptional quality.

As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary company representative and business owner for your assigned projects
.

You'll coordinate the people, information, materials, financials, schedules, contracts, and customer expectations necessary to move projects successfully from award through completion.

Once a project is handed off, you'll take responsibility for understanding exactly what we've committed to delivering.

You'll:

• Lead and participate in project handoff and preconstruction meetings.
• Review estimates, scopes of work, contracts, budgets, schedules, and project requirements.
• Identify potential scope gaps, contractual risks, logistical challenges, and profitability concerns before work begins.
• Review insurance, bonding, permitting, safety, and project-specific requirements.
• Establish clear action plans and timelines for successful project startup.
• Coordinate project-specific logistics with customers and Operations.
• Ensure required project systems, folders, documentation, software, and reporting requirements are established correctly.
