Werequireanaction-oriented,experiencedteamplayerwhoexcelswithbreakdown/finishrollingandcontributespositivelytoourteam.
- Operateasphaltrollerpreciselytoachievehigh-qualitypavingperDOT,local,andcommercialspecs.
- Monitorasphalttemperaturesandvibrationusageforproperbreakdownandfinishrollingofasphalt.
- Workalongsidecrewmembersandassistinallcapacitiesofapplications.
- Upholdjobsitesafety,cleanliness,andprofessionalismatalltimes.
- Report issues,material needs,andprogresstosupervisors.
- Performotherassignedduties.
- Minimum2-3yearsofasphaltpavingexperience.
- Abilitytooperate Wacker,CAT,orsimilarasphaltrollers.
- Operatinga Paveror Skid Steerisasignificantplus .
- Valid Driver'sLicense.
- Availabilitytoworkweekends.
