This base pay range is provided by Ulta Care Medical. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

• Psychotherapy with people in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long term care settings.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care rooted in best practices.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical and psychiatric providers to optimize quality-of-life and support facility.
• Support patients with conditions including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, dementia, grief, loss, and life transitions.
• Timely, accurate documentation.

• Annual full-time compensation ranges from $70,000 - $80,000 based on caseload. Unlimited earning potential.
• Malpractice insurance.

• Unrestricted LCSW or LPC-MHSP license.
• Knowledge of standard documentation practices.
• Experience working with geriatric population and persons with dementia preferred.
• Experience working in a post-acute or healthcare setting preferred.
