The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑on‑one with clients to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and record accurate session data.
- Support skill development and behavior‑reduction goals.
- Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education.
- Current RBT Certification (required).
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
- Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).
- Competitive pay $21–$25 per hour.
- Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.
