Premium‑pay short‑term assignments are available at Vanderbilt Surgery Center in Lebanon, TN. We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Tech for a 13‑week contract to support surgical care at a leading medical center.

Location:

Vanderbilt Surgery Center, Lebanon, TN
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (potential extension up to 1 year)
Shift

Schedule:

Weekdays, 0645 – 1715
Pay Rate: $57 per hour

• Facilitate patient care by assisting the surgeon before, during, and after procedures.
• Plan, set up, perform, and clean up assigned surgical procedures as a circulator and scrub tech.
• Apply principles of asepsis to maintain the sterile field.
• Perform sharp, sponge, and instrument counts in accordance with policy.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an approved surgical technologist program or U.S. Armed Forces surgical tech training.
• Certification: NBSTSA CST or NCCT TS‑C required; BLS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience preferred.
• Prior ASC experience and experience in GYN, Colorectal, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, or Plastic Surgery valued.
