Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Blossom Speech & Language Therapy TN is hiring a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing clinic in Lebanon, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLPA seeking a supportive team, flexible work hours, mentorship, and a strong work‑life balance in an outpatient clinic setting.

The SLPA will provide clinic-based speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP). This role focuses primarily on pediatric speech therapy, with opportunities to grow clinically in a collaborative and low‑stress environment.

You will support a caseload of at least 10 clients per week, follow evidence‑based treatment plans, assist with documentation, and work closely with families to promote carryover of skills at home.

• Deliver speech therapy services as outlined in treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
• Assist with clinical documentation and therapy notes in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Educate families on home exercises, strategies, and carryover programs
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain ethical, professional, and clinical standards at all times

• Active Tennessee SLPA registration (or able to obtain by hire date)
• Completion of at least 100 hours of supervised fieldwork
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with supervising SLP’s
