Nights and Weekends

Current pay is $15.00 per hour – $1 extra per hour for Saturday & Sunday Day Shift.

Previous work for Easter Seals TN or Prospect increases starting pay.

Our DSPs are the exemplary reflection of the wonderful mission-driven work we do here every day. At the end of your work day, you know you have made a difference in someone’s life. Based in our recipients’ home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.

In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have valid automobile insurance

Basic computer skills

Pass a background and drug screen.
