• Assemble or install truck body parts using hand, air, and power tools
• Follow quality, safety, and performance standards across workstations
• Rotate between tasks and support teammates as needed
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with 5S efforts
• Contribute to continuous improvement through Lean Principles

• Mechanically inclined with experience using drills, torque wrenches, air tools, and huck guns
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing processes
